According to some sources she's actually Gen Z! This site skews older so they just don't get it.

I loved her choice of clothing and the messages it sent. Vogue and other magazines did stories on it.
Excited to finally have a political figure who can dress beautifully.

I have yet to see a picture of her dressed beautifully.

Sorry for your disability.

DP. Wow, what is wrong with you? The PP expressed an opinion and you say she has a “disability”? How despicable. I happen to agree with PP. This woman is a mess and needs guidance.

I love that all the middle aged frumps take issue with her appearance.

Just want to say that I'm the person who started posting the pics and I'm middle aged. But I'm also from the NYC suburbs and think she's fab.

Which has me thinking that while some people do get more conservative as they grow older, some of us chill out completely and support people embracing whatever style makes them happy and comfortable. Rama is the cool, city girl a lot of us kids from the 'burbs wanted to be when we grew up...and I write this while wearing a sheath dress and a blazer.

Hand it's a handkerchief hem. Anyone who knows fashion could identify it. They're actually back in style right now with young women, so Rama was ahead of that by a few years!

She’s fresh, pretty and has her own style. I hope she doesn’t start dressing dowdy to conform.

She looks like an arty New Yorker. It’s a style, not one I wear myself but fun. I admire people who have their own style and I hope she doesn’t get pressured to change. I couldn’t even name the spouse of a mayor of any major city, so I think people can put their pearls down about her “responsibilities”. Good grief.

They look really happy in their wedding photos. I hadn’t seen those. Very sweet.

I don’t think she’s a style icon for most middle aged women but it’s cool that she comes off as her own person doing her own thing.

It’s not about age.

Renata Mohlo is an Italian journalist in her 70s and has a vibe. She’s been posted in this forum before.

Dc women are uniquely frumpsters, regardless of age

I’m a middle aged women but I think she looks youthful and edgy, which is exactly what I would expect from an art student. Her style is not something I would emulate but it’s refreshing from the boring First Lady looks.

I had never seen a picture of us her until the election. Most of us here don't live in NYC.

We can all agree or disagree on her style but one thing I am happy about, thank god she is not sporting those MILE long extensions. God knows how hideous those look on most women.

She’s cute and funky. She looks exactly like a hip edgy girl from Brooklyn who works in an artsy job.

Yes this. There is a 0 percent chance that in 30 years, she looks back on her wedding day and thinks "i wish i had dressed up more like a white women from the suburbs of Virginia"

Based on this photo they clearly had a more traditional wedding reception in addition to their trip to city hall and it looks like she wore a typical wedding dress and looked lovely.

I think they did the City Hall one for the marriage license and then a wedding and reception with family and friends in Dubai.

I love Renata Molho, I’m second poster on the thread, and I love fashion and women who don’t do a bunch of shit to their faces as they age. I appreciate the reference. And Rama and Renata are both stylish and cool to me, too.
