Unlikely. Most of those contracts come with buyout clauses, and often probationary ones that can be executed at the start in case things don't "work out". She'll get something, but unlikely that she'll get more than a low buyout fee.

She will get a substantial payout..... from a lawsuit or a settlement.
MSNBC leadership allowed their hosts to go on air and repeatedly bully McDaniel. We all saw it. We all heard it. Presumably, she had already been hired and they created a hostile work environment.
I hope she gets a hefty payout from MSNBC.
The behavior of the on-air personalities was abhorrent.
