It means they are a real American that recognizes what leadership and integrity are and what they aren't. Policy is important; integrity is more important.

Sure, but those policy failures aren't as damning to Biden's legacy as POTUS as Trump's failure to fulfill his primary role as Commander-in-Chief in that moment on January 6th 2021. God forbid he become POTUS again and we experience another moment when we need our POTUS to act immediately in order to halt a national security threat of that level. Maybe he'll do that right thing next time isn't good enough for me.
