+1 he made the rational choice that any reasonable 18yo would make. How many people would want their teen-years dirty laundry now aired for the world? |
First of all both were rich at time. Both had young parents. Justin considering Brittney was not asking him to marry her and he was not physically having baby he should of not pressured her to have an abortion and then after she did and obviously that is an extremely difficult decision and painful he cheated on her. Look I am a guy myself. When I was Justin’s age I dated a really really hot blonde. I was a 20 year old junior in college living at home and she was a 20 year old living at home did not go to college kinda just babysitting. I can’t imagine a scenario where I got my GF pregnant with me either supporting it or at worst “your decision”. Full knowing that if she had the baby I need to man up graduate on time, get a good job, get married civil ceremony, we get a small tiny apt in a junky area and make the best of it. But if I did the “well if you really want it” or “your decisions thing to quietly pressure her into abortion. I can’t imagine shortly afterwards cheating. I never like him. The whole thing Janet Jackson also creepy. He never accepts blame for his actions |
Completely false. 95% of women do not regret their abortions. At the time or years later. https://time.com/3956781/women-abortion-regret-reproductive-health/ |
What does that have to do with this one woman who is saying she did? |
The PP said “Abortion, pressured by a boyfriend to terminate it or not, is super traumatic” which is not true. |
He was like that when he was in the boy band, but then he went solo and tried to make himself into this blue eyed soul "authentic R&B artist." That's when he started releasing songs like Sexy Back and going on hip-hop stations to talk about sex with Britney and did the Janet Jackson thing. It was absolutely cringe inducing. He's a real douche. |
Gross, I didn't want to know that. Poor Justin Timberlake having this put out there (presumably) without his consent. |
It's not the abortion, it's his behavior afterwards. I have zero problem with Timberlake encouraging her to have an abortion. They were very young and had just gotten big. He has acted like a total jerk to her for the last 20+ years, though. He talked about taking her virginity. He slut shamed her constantly. He might get a pass on doing when he was 18 or 20, but he's known better for a long time and has shown no inclinations to kindness in all this time. |
+1 he has been evil about it. Made fun of her by talking about taking her virginity and been a jerk. |
I'm just not going to condemn him for this. It was the right thing at the time. He just might be a douche and she might have felt traumatized and pressured, but honestly? They were 18. |
Reading the quotes that came out of the book as reported in the press, I don't see an issue. She said she would have been fine with it but he was adamant they were too young, very sure he didn't want to be a father, etc. What's wrong with that? That's not pressure. That's being very clear where you stand. She then decided to choose abortion. I see literally nothing wrong with this at all. |
Me neither I condemn him for THEN going on air about taking her virginity. Awful. Not only did he get someone pregnant he then attempted to shame/ make her a joke a publicly. |
Between this and the atrocious way he treated Janet Jackson with the nipplegate ordeal, it’s clear he’s not a good guy. |
+2 He treated her badly and is a big phony. |
He was a nerd before he became a pop star and would have been a nerd if he couldn't sing. He's not attractive, is a small man with pube hair, and a puny talking voice. |
