Speak for yourself. Not all of our families were here before the turn of the century. My family were immigrants who were not slaves; but they weren't treated that great, either.

I have worked for some top consulting firms and unfortunately, I met harvard black grads (and they weren't recent) that were a pathetic example of an MBA.. not smart, hate to say but affirmative action was clearly why and how they were where they are/were..
