Wow these are pathetic numbers compare to some of the public schools in FX/MoCo.

You have to compare the cut-offs. When it is points lower in VA than DC, VA kinda looks pathetic.

VA gets ~500 NMSF per year no matter what. It's based on the number of high school seniors in the state compared to the nation. Why do people keep thinking having more is because the kids are smarter? It is the same number of NMSF in each state every year (give or take the number who tie for the state's bottom score).

DC is set differently, of course.
