But free speech means anyone can call him that as often as they want.

Defaming Twitter would not be legal, but the evidence of a spike in anti-semitic tweets following Musk's takeover includes
(1) independent research
(2) the admission of Twitter's own head of Safety and Security, and
(3) research funded by several civil rights groups including ADL

I don't accept the research at face value and think it is probably manipulated to defame Elon. I don't think it's likely that can be proven, though.

So every single thing that anyone has noticed or studied about Twitter since his takeover is just to sh!t on Elon? You won’t admit that anything has actually gotten worse? Huh.

I am a right wing Jew who does not have a Jewish last name. I should be seeing these anti-Semitic tweets. I do not

Um, how much time do you spend on Twitter that you think you have seen all of it?

The ADL are grifters and hucksters

As the country becomes visibly majority minority just remember than brown Latinos (not mayorkas types) and Asians and Africans and blacks do not have the same performative philosemitism that white evangelicals have.

So what do you make of this research? Seems pretty straightforward.

Galloway: Well, let me just press pause there because I would argue that Adidas actually handled that. I would argue that they responded swiftly and correctly.

Greenblatt: Well, I would definitely say not swiftly enough, because I was talking to the chairman of the board and said, “If you don’t deal with this, we’re going to have some things to do publicly.” But in the end, they did, Scott, entirely.

They definitely using the pressure. Also Greenblatt claim he do not talk to the twitter advertiser in that article.

Statistics about subjective things is never straightforward, and it is even less so when one political actor is shaping the data to take down another. I think there was a time that people would look at a chart and some numbers and feel confident that there was academic rigor. That time is long gone.

What does this have to do with antisemitism? Are you assuming that Jewish people sterilize kids and that must be what Elon is on about? To me, it is incredibly odd to make that leap.

It's a further indication of Musk's instability. The richest man in the world who is the most followed user of one of the world's largest social media networks — which he owns — is spreading false conspiracy theories.

Musk was triggered by his child coming out as trans. This sent him on a right-ward slide and he is grasping one right-wing trope after another. Trans people are grooming our kids, Jews are killing X, and government conspiracies are enabling it all. Is this really the guy the US government should trust with its space program?

If anything, they did Adidas a favor. They could instead have just gone on blast right from the get-go, and that would have been legal, and would have been their prerogative to do so.
Elon Musk does not have a case.

DP... I call it damning. It shows that Elon is encouraging anti-semitic hate on his platform.

DP... it doesn't have anything to do with antisemitism but it does show how far off the deep end Elon Musk is. If I were on the board of Tesla or his other companies I'd be pushing to have him step down and go in for psychiatric treatment.
