Starting at 50

I've decided to get off the couch ....BUT should I just walk (consistently) a month or two before I jump into a couch to 5K - which is my goal this summer or get right to it? I also recently started burn boot camp 3 days a week and the endorphins I feel after those work outs are AMAZING!

Walking is extremely good exercise. You might want to start by walking on the days you don't have the boot camp.
