Request: Executive/Management Development

Subject is naturally gifted. Will be around similar academically curious and well-achieved individuals well into collage and post grad (if of interested). Looking to expedite development of leadership and executive capacities. Any recommendations?

Are you talking about a child or some kind of bot you are programming? Genuine question.

I'm referring to a program that fosters leadership qualities, decision making processes, organizational communication frameworks, etc.

"Ok great. We have a bunch of smart, hardworking, high achievers, what?"

If you get him in the right high school MBA camp then he’ll be the next Fortune 500 ceo right out of college!

Look at Scouts BSA. The program is based on kids developing life skills and leadership skills through outdoor activity. There are leadership classes the Scouts are required to attend once they are First Class. And the kids get outdoors and socialize. Scouts in our Troop plan the campouts and anyone earning Eagle has to develop and run a project.

Thanks. I think the BSA can be great for several reasons. In this instance, however, I was looking more narrowly tailored to setting organizational goals, designing plans, managing and evolving those plans, and leadership toward achieving them.
