Training for ECNL and MLSN Start When?

Perhaps being a bit nosey, but wondering when ECNL and MLSN teams in the DMV IN GENERAL start training for new (2024-25) season. Mid- to late- July? Assume most clubs train 3-4 days per week in season? Thanks!

Anywhere between mid July and early August. Depends on the club and also the team. If an ECNL team makes it to the finals in mid July, they will have a few weeks off and start in early August.
