Cape Cod bedroom addition

Hello, we are considering buying a Cape Cod home, but we would really like to have 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor if possible. Does anyone have examples they can share of adding on a 1st-floor 3rd bedroom to a cape cod so we can understand what this might look like?

We are adding a family room to our Cape Cod but I imagine the room could easily be another bedroom instead if we needed one. Just sticking in the backyard, off the current living room.

NP - how much does this cost? For how large of a family room? (And does it include structural work, i.e. removing existing loadbearing walls).
