how do you insert your suppositories? bare finger or latex gloves?
Also do you use any specific brands, or is natural progesterone generic good enough?
I have a new prescriptin for Prometrium 200mg but still have like 10 suppositories left from my last cycle and it says on the bag natural progesterone 100mg (i insert one in the morning and one at night). Same thing right?

For my first cycle I used Prometrium so I just used their applicator. For the second cycle the pharmacy was out of Prometrium and they gave me another brand or perhaps generic... not sure... This one did not have an applicator), so I just used my bare finger.

I prefer Prometrium because of the applicator, but in terms of the meds (active ingredient), I would think this medication is "simple" (and "old") enough that the generic should be fine... just my opinion... I am not a doc...
