Cost of zepbound? Overcharged?

I’ve only bought it twice, but the second time it rang up as $1,300, down to $595 with the discount card (I’m paying out of pocket). I thought the discount card was supposed to bring it down to $550, which is what it cost me the first time. Anyone else pay $595 with discount card?

The discount card takes a certain amount off, and can go as low as $550. But pharmacies charge different amounts. Yours apparently inflates the base price. Try a different pharmacy.

I was told the $550 was the cost with the coupon, and it was because my insurance was not going to cover it as well. If insurance and the coupon work, it's $25. But that is very dependent on whether insurance will cover.

I was told it was going to be about $700. The pharmacy couldn't ever get it in (they refused to even order it until I confirmed twice that I would pay). That ended up working out b/c I hit my deductible and now it's $25. It's all over the place.

Just one month. I think that pharmacy just charged more though I didn’t know they could do that.
