New golfers and those considering golf

Find another hobby. There is no more room and we don't want you here. Or at least get competent before going to a golf course and making everyone's round miserable. At a minimum, keep up with the group in front even if you have to pick up your ball on every hole and go walk to the next tee.

MCG Golf Management: Raise rates 100%. Get these clowns out of here. Also, stop giving huge discounts to old people in MC. Most of said old people in MC that golf are far more well off than the younger people paying full price. It makes literally no sense. They have no kids, no mortgage and a fat pension and 401K and they get a cheap-azz rate? Helllooo?

I’m good, thanks. I’m new to golf and love it. Public courses are perfect for beginners.

If you’re that concerned about the speed of play, pay up for a private club.
