A joint investigation by The Insider, Der Spiegel and CBS's 60 Minutes has linked incidents of Havana Syndrome to Russian Military Intelligence unit 29155, which is believed to be using directed energy weapons, and is now tied to locations where Havana Syndrome were reported.

Yes this report was interesting and horrifying. I can’t understand how Russians can justify these brutal and illegal attacks on US intelligence and state department officials and their families. I am not one for conspiracy theories but it makes no sense why the official government line is to deny such attacks when there are over 100 highly credible victims with no reason to lie about it.

A friend who was married to a Russian said the culture cultivates ruthless ambition over pursuit of collaborative collective goods. I still don’t know how Russian agents justify carrying out these attacks and assassinations of their own people who disagree with Putin or get in his way.
