Waiting To Try

| For various reasons(mostly financial), DH and I are waiting til early next year to TTC. In my head it seems SO far away. Has anyone else had a self-imposed wait time either for your first DC or between children and found it hard to wait? I'm trying to figure out ways to keep my mind occupied and also to get prepared for such a big life change (short of going bezerk and actually buying baby stuff). Suggestions? |

| Clean out your basement or storage space. Get your old photographs in order. Get fit. Take lessons for something time-consuming that you have been wanting to do. Ask your oldest relatives about their family history and help them to organize their photos. |

| Yes. We have to wait to TTC bc of financial reasons and it seems torturous to me especially because Im "older" (35) and dont want to push it too long. We just had a baby so rationally it makes sense to wait but i really want her to have a brother or a sister and part of me feels it's unfair that she might not have one just bc we dont have our pieces aligned. ugh. |
