Endometrin

Has anyone run into Endometrin NOT being covered by United Health? It is very expensive ($471) through Freedom (60 inserts).. Has anyone found any pharmacy that sells them at a cheaper rate? Thanks!

I can't respond with regards to your insurance, but I can say that the stuff is ridiculously expensive. If it is not covered, then ask if you can use prometrium or PIO. There was a shortage of Endometrin earlier this year and SG was having patients use prometrium or crinone, plus they used PIO before Endometrin. I wouldn't pay for it out of pocket if there are alternatives.
