Book for woman needing some midlife inspiration

It could be any type of book - novel, biography, nonfiction self-help, I just need something to feel energized and like life has possibilities and adventure still when the day to day is a grind of responsibilities.

The one thing it can’t be is a slog to read

The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron. Don't get scared off if you aren't an artist of any kind. I am, but the book helped me with life and what I want even more than it helped with creativity. It's a self help workbook, but calling it that doesn't really do it justice.

She has one for those of us midlife or older, It's Never Too Late to Begin Again, but I'd recommend just getting The Artist's Way.

About a year ago there was a discussion about pretty much this same topic.
