Can you play in turf cleats on a grass field?

Teenage boy has turf cleats, schedule has sone grass field games. Does he need grass cleats, too?

You can play on turf in grass cleats, but you can NOT play on grass in turf cleats. If it’s dry and short grass maybe you’ll get away with it, but otherwise it will be a mess

If you’re just getting one pair, get grass cleats

Playing on turf in grass cleats is terrible for your feet and joints.

You can but not recommended as maybe more slippery than wearing proper cleats on grass field.

In all honesty, you should have both, one for turf and one for grass.
