I did something to my knee, and google searches point to a meniscus tear on the outside or the knee. It’s not horribly painful but it does have the popping sensation. It isn’t swollen (at least not yet).
I leave for a critical work meeting on Monday, it is out of the country and I simply must go. Can you recommend your knee brace? Anything to get me through until I get back in about a week? Links to ones on Amazon that can arrive today or early tomorrow would be great. I looked and there are so many. And of course since it is the weekend, I can’t consult my doctor. |

Ugh. I’m so sorry op. I strained my mcl last year and it was so painful.
I got a brace similar to this one. It has the stability bars, which made me feel more secure. https://www.amazon.com/Stabilizers-Patella-Maximum-recovery-women-Please/dp/B09F6X2NB5/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?crid=21LYV40MQ4Q1H&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.6zkXGZKQCT-2OwCXORV8nx_mHkRwAqPsp9UvNO5PKMAwP_C6vLtXxc-ZP9rv_3sLvT8R4f0KyH8iIMnl_F4Ofwzby8Rl0azTJUF-Sm0duvJW-yEMFMbb7A-Z2kY4aISyNGRQ8C_PTp1mQ-sMMcfbpzOVz866tbL0TUkMICJisqinals2fgEm1yDirFdO-w4iFLaM44hcAmzEepVaCGdmrQ.L62PufcYrsJ6-PoKLzTx9yafczb8cRZHJ3CPULHSWDQ&dib_tag=se&keywords=knee+brace+for+women&qid=1711801691&sprefix=knee%2Caps%2C84&sr=8-1-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9waG9uZV9zZWFyY2hfYXRm&psc=1 |
| I’ve used an Ossur Unloader One. My leg was too weak after I fractured my tibial plateau and the brace allowed me to walk normally. |
