I like the TJMaxx in Georgetown.

If there's any that carry The Runway they will tend to have a higher end brand selection.

For women’s clothing, Tysons and maybe Kingstown/Alexandria. Also try OT Alexandria. Just beware the Tysons location parking lot is a hot, steaming mess - avoid weekends for best selection.

I used to shop for formal dresses at Landmark TJ but haven’t been there in years.

...T.J. Maxx uses the Runway to flag the designer goods in all of their stores (look for the purple tags), but Runway stores are specifically devoted to selling items that you'd find in this section.

Marshall’s try the one on the Pike by old navy. TJ, Tyson’s.
Nordstrom rack —Gaithersburg used to be better than Pentagon City but idk these days

I always thought the one in Tysons was nice but I found that the good deals on high end clothes were only in the very smallest sizes. Like if you wear a 2 or smaller you’ll have your pick. Everything else either goes quickly as soon as they get it in, or it just sells at the regular stores before it gets to off-price stores.

I don't know who has the patience to be digging through these bare racks trying to find something in their size that doesn't have a stain or a bullet hole already on it.

There are people who go daily to the top stores and snap up all the good stuff. It's quite competitive!

TJmaxx Tysons is trash. Or at least it was last week. It looked absolutely horrible. I was so disappointed. The one in Georgetown was pretty good. Had a lot of Laura Mercier (sp) makeup.

The TJ Tysons parking lot was bad before the very recent additions of Lidl, Shake Shack and Somebody's Hot Chicken, not to mention the Cava, etc additions.

PP who recommended Tysons-let me rescind my suggestion. Besides the parking lot being a mess, so was the store and I swear they’ve put in even more long racks and two people can barely pass. New to me- a security guard posted at door.
