Looking for cost effective neck cream or serum for sensitive skin

I can tolerate Retin A and Retinol products on my face but they irritate my neck. I'm 50 and have horizontal neck lines and am starting to have loss of firmness as well. Any suggestions regarding products that actually work that aren't ridiculously expensive? Thanks

the no7 neck stuff from target is ok. it's in a pink tube.

Many here have recommended Gold Bond Crepe Corrector for this. It's super-cheap and available at the grocery store.

I bought this based on recs here. It’s great- better than the $$$$ neck cream I bought from my dermatologist.
