Chavez Families after 5th?

| Does anyone have insight on what families opt to do after completing K-5 at CCES? It doesn’t seem like the other immersion programs with middle schools are close by geographically. |

My friend sends her child to Kettering and she has been happy there.
I know that others put their kids into the lottery for TAG. They have a good chance of a seat if you are zoned for Kenmoor, Walker Mill or Tasker but less so if you are zoned for Greenbelt. I know another immersion student who ended up at Hyattsville Middle in the CPA program. |
