| My husband has always loved convertibles and is now looking at getting one for a third car. We live in a colder climate so it will typically only be driven in the summer. Personally, I am not a fan of convertibles for many reasons but….here we are. He is open to used or new and doesn’t want to spend much more than $35,000. He could probably find a new Miata but anything else will have to be used. I am not getting any younger and don’t like getting in and out of cars that are close to the ground. I have been encouraging him to look at used Audis but welcome any suggestions. I have tried to talk him out of buying one but I think it is a losing battle. |
| In that price range it just isn’t worth it unless you like the Miata or are okay with a run-down used one. The nice ones start at double that. |
| Camaro or Mustang can get almost brand new in that price range under warranty. Like a2022-2023 |

Convertible (open top) jeep or Ford bronco would be more appealing to me than a tiny sports car. |
This is the right answer. Great in the sun and great in the snow. |

The jeep makes a sliding roof that is fantastic. Just opens at a press of the button. Have had ours for several years no issue. And, you get a better back seat than a mustang. |
