Hi everyone,
My elderly mother is in hospice right now, so we are moving her back home from her assisted living care to provide some comfort to her. We are looking to hire som home nursing help, but looking for recommendations. We were using Right At Home, but a lot of their workers are not helpful. Does anyone have any good recommendations? |
Not sure where you’re located but we had great care with Genuine Care Home Care. The owner is Noelia and she was a caregiver before opening her own company and only hires people she’s personally worked with. In my care I found her after I had hired the company the hospital had recommended and their people would show up late, leave early and they told me at 8:15pm they couldn’t staff the following day at 8am. My mom needed 24/7 care I could not provide. We’re in Loudoun. |
We used the Nursing Referral Service of Northern Virginia when my mom was in hospice. The skilled nurses and nursing aides were so caring and ensured that my mom has a dignified end to her life. The hospice service was terrible (Capital Caring) but having the private nurses made it so much better. |
Not sure but we had a good experience with Montgomery Hospice. |
