Roster sizes U13/U14 ECNL Boys

Anyone know, in general, how many boys per team for the U13 and U14 age groups for ECNL teams? I know it may depend on club, but wondering if there is a general sweet spot for theses age groups? I know that 18 is for game day roster, so not asking about that.

Most local teams don't carry more that 18 at those age groups. The numbers start to increase from U15 onward.
