I typically use them as mix-ins.
Frozen chopped spinach in soups, pasta sauce, pizza sauce. I put it in everything! Mixed vegetables in soup, chicken pot pie. For very quick fresh veg, pierce a bag of fresh green beans, microwave for 5 min, add a bit of olive oil or butter and salt. Or roast asparagus for 5-7 min. |
