Circa is OK, part of a local restaurant group

Tazza is a short walk away but also pretty good, usually go there if go to Kennedy Center

Only ones nearby I’ve tried but I’ve returned to both

If you are mainly looking to eat and don’t need a full service restaurant, I like many of the options in the Western Market food hall. Bandoola Bowl is especially yummy!
