| In for dual Newhouse/Maxwell. Only $10K a year in merit though so sadly nowhere near financially feasible. |

Daughter in but no merit. From the net price calculator it looks like she should get enough of a Syracuse U “gift” to bring tuition closer to 40k. Looks like most kids get some amount of a “gift.”
Shes in at two other schools she loves - with good merit - so this will be an interesting decision! |

They will be notifying students of their SU “gift” amount starting tomorrow. That is in addition to merit aid. Hang tight - that may bring the tuition down to a reasonable level! |

| My kid is in Newhouse and Maxwell and we’ve been very impressed by the education and opportunities. SU was her safety but they gave her a big merit aid package to make it worthwhile. I have some issues with the way parts of the school are run and hate hate the town, but it’s been a good experience. |
