ECNL (National) number of tournaments/events and practices

How many tournaments/events is normal for an ECNL (National) team? From September-April. How many are usually included with payment?
Are 3 practices a week normal? or is it 4 times depending on the club? (U14)
Also, during winter, do ECNL clubs still practice the same number of days (3-4) as they do in Fall and Spring?
I wanted to get an idea of what is the norm in this area.

Usually WAGS, Jeff Cup and maybe 1-2 local enough tournaments. Maybe pre-season tournament

Then ECNL Show cases (depend on the club 1-2).

Then obviously if team is qualified for National Playoff then that's another trip.

and most practice x3/ week + conditioning one day
