dentist rec--Carefirst Blue Choice HMO DC or MoCo

DS 3 yo and DD 1.5 yo are overdue for their first dentist visits. I knew this about DS who has a mouth full of teeth but was surprised to hear that my 1.5 yo is also overdue.

Anyhow, I am dreading this but dealing with cavities would be worse. Any recommendations? Top care and expertise are the priority (cartoons on the wall help too) but I am confined by my carefirst blue choice HMO and prefer to do DC or Silver Spring area.
