I am interested in adding yoga/stretching to my current workout regimen (which includes core strengthening classes and outdoor running). Would love recommendations for a good yoga studio or a good in person stretch class. Prefer locations near general Bethesda area, given time constraints can be an issue. |
CorePower yoga |
There are several good yoga studios in Bethesda…
Core Power for a traditional class, very corporate. Some people love them. Hot. Fire Power for a very regimented, hard core yogi class. Slow and calm, but tough. Hot. Soul Fire for a dynamic community, very hard workout. Loud and fast. Hot. You will drip with sweat. Circle Yoga in CCDC for a slower flow. |
Miss the old unity woods. Have also had some good luck with the MoCo rec classes but it’s very teacher dependent ofc. |
