FCPS - transcript issue- who to contatct

I hope someone here can help me. My DC transferred out of a FCPS high school. DC's college search is about to begin and just to be sure we requested and promptly received a copy of DC's unofficial transcript. There is a pretty major error on the transcript, as well as 2 minor errors and something I need explained. I've tried discussing it with the guidance office, but they are being non-responsive. Any advice on where I should go from here?

I would contact in this order...

Director of guidance
Principal of school
Superintendant

One of these people should be able to help you.

Oh...one other thing. Make sure that you do not owe that school anything such as textbooks, because they can withhold transcript information if you are not paid up.

For FCPS you can add cluster or region (I forgot what they are called) sub-superintendent, and possibly school board/BoS member.
