Job I like but not ideal schedule or ideal schedule

I have a job I like but it requires weekends and it's hard because I have an 8-year-old. Summertime it's okay because I have weekdays off.

Here's my schedule
Saturday work 15 hours
Sunday 8 hours home at 4 pm.

8 year 8-year-old goes to an activity with his dad on Saturday morning and on Sunday he has language school. One option I was thinking is to ask about working a week night instead of all day Saturday. I can't work Monday -friday at normal hours as there aren't any openings. This job is very low-stress and I have a lot of freedom.

Another job opportunity opening up and it's Mon- Friday 8-4 pm no weekends no summers but it's more stressful and has lower pay.

I'm stuck. Either way I Mommy tracked as DH has an intense job. The first job is around the clock schedule so it's possible a better schedule could open up but very unlikely it will be Mon-Fri daytime hours.

Keep the job you like. The schedule will change eventually it sounds like.
