Smelly periods after vaginal birth

| I delivered vaginally 10 months ago. Since then my periods are very heavy and smelly - every time I go to a bathroom, there is a terrible urine smell coming from my pad. I have no problems with urine leakage. The smell is gone once the period is over. It had never happened before the delivery. What the heck is it?!? |

| Weird! Ask your OB, and also maybe use tampons or a cup. |

Urine or vinegar?
Maybe your internal Ph/flora has changed. Go to OB before starting to rely on jumbo tampons as a solution. |
