In what league does the top team for Alexandria girls soccer play for U13-U19? What about their second team?
I did try to figure it out and at first thought it was National Academy League for the top but I don't see any of their girls teams in there. It doesn't look like ECNL or GA. thanks |

It looks like USYS/EDP

Some top teams play national league (managed by edp) but teams like SYC, VRSC, and lee mount Vernon on leaving for other leagues so not sure who they will play next year. The second teams are in NCSL.
Alexandria really has ignored the girls side and has no food options |
It’s rather amazing the current state of Alexandria girls given the boys have MLSNext. |
Please. There are plenty of food options around where they play. It may not be things tou prefer but some of it is really good of you give them a chance. |
Amazing often means good. I think you maybe want to use the word appalling. Yes. You can be bad amazed but typically people use "Amazing" for positive experiences. |
Alex girls play LAX. Arl girls play soccer we were Alex and moved to Arl because we did not play LAX as 1/2 of DDs top team did!! Arl girls soccer is so much better. No words to describe. It's not 100% coaching it's just that Arl has the talent and the numbers to make it work better than Alex.

Depends on what age groups. Arlington needs Alexandria to not have a GA or ECNL or who else is going to develope there future players. What age group are you referring too? Mist be older because Alex girls leave due to ot have those additional outlets. |
| The top 2009 girls team in Alexandria is strong. They have an excellent coach who has taught them quite a lot and built their soccer IQ. They're not perfect, but they have had strong results in big tournaments, especially against RL teams. Players have indeed left (and taken their solid ASA training/development) to chase the ECNL brass ring. But so far, they have kept together a core of talented - and kind - girls, many of whom are aiming to play in college. Is it frustrating that they don't play in the brand name leagues? Yes. But if your daughter is an 09 looking to play in a highly-skilled and non-toxic atmosphere, it's worth giving them a serious look. |
They have same coach at 2012 and have excellent results |
|
The 09s lost 0-5 at Jeff Cup in the finals.

This. Alexandria girls soccer is a bit of a joke. |
|
They have lost to Loudoun RL, GFR RL but beat BRYC RL. Everyone beats BRYC. |
Depends on age group. That can easily be said about other clubs lin DMV. Cant be much of a joke if most of the standout players in ECNL or GA come from Alexandria |
