Arby's BLT

I keep seeing commercials for the brown sugar bacon sandwiches, the most basic one is a BLT w/mayo on a King Hawaiian roll. It looks good and I love BLTs but I was reluctant to try it because I knew it had to be around $7 just for the sandwich and I doubted it could possibly be worth that considering I could spend less than $10 and buy everything I need to make about three or four BLTs just the way I like them.

I was wrong. It's really good. I will probably get one every month or so which will keep me from buying bacon which I don't need to keep in the house. I'd even say definitely worth $7.

I mean, to me at least, it was delicious.

Too bad we do not have any Arbys in MoCo.

We made a bunch this past summer with tomatoes from our little patio garden. The pre-cooked bacon from the store was really helpful. You can pull what you need and heat it in the microwave. That with good bread and fresh tomatoes was really scrumptious. Plus some avacado spread . Okay, I’m ready for summer again!
