Anyone on this dose of Semaglutide? .25mg/.1mL

I’m on this dose, through a weight loss clinic. I have mild side effects and lost about 10ths the first month. The doctor wants me to stay in this dose and I’m wondering how others did on this dose and staying on it?
My BMI is in the normal range for my height, goal overall is 15 lbs. Starting weight is 143, currently at 133. Goal is 127. Struggled to lose the vanity weight even working out since kids and diagnosed with gestational diabetes 3x during 3 pregnancies and thyroid disorder. Anyone else with a similar experience?

What weight loss clinic? Do you pay cash for the meds?

This is crazy and I hope you are under a doctor's care for your overall health and wellbeing. I'm a huge proponent of wegovy and have no problem with people using it for whatever reason they want, but the fact that you're even thinking about increasing the dose after 1 month, when you lost 10 pounds and only have 5 to go is CRAZY

I’m not increasing it. I’m staying on the lowest dose but it’s a therapeutic dose that many people said had no impact so I’m just curious if other people are on this low dose for a few months.
Mine is $200 a month, cash pay.

I am diabetic and overweight. I was on the 0.25 mg dose longer than I should've been (due to miscommunication with my doctor) and it did nothing for me as far as weight loss or diabetes control. But I did notice signs of my digestion slowing down. Seems like maybe that effect was enough for you to see weight loss.

Name the clinic or I don’t believe you.

I stayed on .25 for almost a year, but I was obsese and it’s branded. I lost 60lbs on .25mg. I had pretty rough side effects and the doctor was happy to keep me there.

Fwiw eventually I plateaued and it just sort of stopped working. I pretty effortlessly maintain the new weight, but my appetite is much much stronger. And I wouldn’t say it tapered, it just stopped. I really don’t think they understand the metabolism of set points and how they go with semaglutide but I definitely believe based on my experience.

I lost weight on the lowest dose as well - zero side effects other than less hungry and weight loss

Yeah but you barely have anything to lost and you already lost ten pounds so what does it matter if it’s ineffective for other people at that dose; it’s been effective for you?

Honest to god I swear some of you just want to quiet brag.

Seriously OP, what clinic is prescribing semaglutides to someone with a starting weight of 143?

I lost 8 lbs in a month on .25 and moved to .5 and stayed there for several months. Some people do fine on the lower doses. Definitely don’t want to lose too fast.
