Does the committee consider fall or winter iready?

My child's reading iready score went up significantly from fall to winter (I suspect it's because we're at a new school, she was feeling uneasy in the fall), so I'm wondering which set of scores are submitted with the package?

Mention it if you have to appeal.

It’s just Fall in the packet that we got from our AART.

Exactly. IF you need to appeal, you have a legit new piece of information.

NP. Would you submit the winter Iready if one subject showed no growth (which resulted in a large percentile drop into the upper 70s) but the other subject showed significant growth (resulting in a large percentile gain into the upper 90s)?

To answer your specific question, I don't think I would send something in an appeal that makes the kid look worse. Frankly, I don't think iReady is particular consistent from term to term. And it wasn't even used in the past, so it might not be that important. If CogAt and NNAT are in the high 90's and report card is all (or almost all 4's), I don't think iReady matters that much. And the factor that matters most may be the HOPE rating. If that was good, you probably won't need to appeal.
