I make something similar to this regularly, but without the pesto. Not a fan. I do a smashed tomato type thing.

I have something for breakfast every morning that’s not a work day.

Here my alternate:
Sautee spinach or kale in olive oil with garlic and an anchovy if you want it. Push yo side of pan and fry two eggs, over easy. Add a handful of brown rice, farro, quinoa or whatever and heat on pan. Top with sriracha and eat.
