Tell other job about offer?

I had a final interview for a job I’m really interested in almost two weeks ago. Today I received an offer from another job. Should I reach out to the job I’m most interested in to let them know I have an offer and see where I stand?

“Hello, I wanted to follow up on my interview on 2/25. It was a pleasure to meet you and Larlo and hear more about X job at Y company. I’m confident that this job would be a great fit for my skills. <something specific about fit>. I have received an offer from another firm, but Y is my first choice. I need to get back to them soon. When do you think you might be making your final decision?”
