Film during Jeff Cup

Our team received an email about using NextPro for film at Jeff Cup for $200. Has anyone used this service? Our club VEO has been unreliable this year, and I feel like the clips I film myself are so far away/low quality. Any intel on whether the service is worth it or just a money grab is appreciated.

I just saw the same email but it was $199 a person! Crazy. I was tempted until I saw that. It makes the team package at $600 seem like a steal especially if you can get 18-20 families to agree. I’m hoping our manager is going to try to organize that.

Or as a team manager who is tired of doing all the work-- YOU could organize it?

I would be happy to but we are brand new to the team and I don’t have parent names and contacts yet. I will first meet everyone at the tournament. As a past manager (and frequent volunteer in other realms) I fully appreciate that it’s a big job! I hope your team appreciates all your effort.

Yeah as a team manager, we used VEO a few times, but not even the coaches used the video footage to to teach the players anything. It's cumbersome as a a teaching tool. Also, our club video analyst (side gig) is no longer with the club. I like to think he quit as he was given an impossible task.

Hopefully, this service is effective for someone.
