Very difficult since restaurants add much more salt than most home cooks. True Food has some options it is based on an anti- inflammatory diet.

Mediterranean restaurants - middle eastern, Greek, Turkish are usually good because there will be a lot of veggie options, legume dishes and lean proteins like fish or grilled chicken.

Bibibop with a salad base, Shouk with a salad base, Rasa with a salad base for fast casual options. Go heavy on the anti-inflammatory veggies for each one.

I just stick with a plain salad at most places—- at least I know it’s safe. I usually ask them to put whatever raw vegetables on that they have.
