I tried, but DC was adamant that the “fit” was right at the preferred school. DC is now a senior and has mentioned multiple times that they wish they listened to me and went with the (much) higher ranked school. I knew I was right, but let DC make the final decision.

My daughter didn’t. I’m guessing most really don’t.

Dang it’s hard to find a job after college - if only gone to Harvard I’d be employed already.
