This man clearly knows nothing about guns.

What a stupid video. The ATF Chief is not a mechanic. His job is to understand the impact of guns on the nation, to advise the Administration on policy related to guns, to enforce federal gun laws and to carry out the Administration’s policy directives concerning firearms.

You know who I bet knows how to assemble and disassemble a gun? People who help cartel sicarios shoot people. People arming Caribbean and Latin America paramilitary soldiers. Members of armed militias tasked with maintaining their organization’s armories.

I don’t care whether the ATF Chief knows how to disassemble a gun. I care whether he can overcome Republican/Russian obstruction to stop the flow of arms and ammunition to all these bad actors.

Is the CEO or chairman of Boeing a pilot? No. Why should he be? That's not his job. Why should the director of the ATF be a gun expert? He has a different job.

This is comparable to the Head of the Department of Transportation not knowing how to drive a car.

If he didn’t know how to do this, why did he agree to be interviewed on camera doing it? He obviously thought he could. The people that interviewed him thought he could.

If Elolf was a federal agent he would have been issued a semi automatic pistol similar to the gun he could not disassemble. He would have had to train and qualify regularly with that pistol.

That would then require him to breakdown and clean that pistol, unless he never cleaned his gun. It is a simple process that anyone who carries a pistol of that type daily should be able to do with ease.

Can Donald Trump chase down an illegal alien at the border? HELL NO! He'd be huffing and puffing and collapsing on the ground after running 40 feet. Yet he's supposed to be the big expert that a majority of Republicans want to elect to do that job.
