Note that since AoPS is often self-study, and their classes don't have grades, AoPS homework is a buffet students choose what they want from. The student can make it easy or very, very hard.

At TJ there is a lot more pressure to do exactly what the teacher assigns.

The easiest problems in the linked samples were still harder than the TJ precalculus questions
