Anybody else whose boobs keep growing in midlife?

I’m 52 and had my last kid 12 years ago and they just seem to keep enlarging. I was a 32C after kids and am 32 DD now.

Have you gained weight? My breast size fluctuates with my weight.

Also hormone changes obviously impact breasts. I don't think it's uncommon for menopause to impact breast size.

YES, I freaking hate it larger and saggier.

Yes, I never gained much weight in my chest until after menopause. I finally have larger boobs at age 57.

I had a boss who has had two or three breast reduction surgeries. They keep coming back!

Yep. 40 year old man here and they keep growing.

Same! I haven't worn a button down shirt in years.

Yes, I thought it was a known thing. Like fat goes to your middle and boobs in middle age?

Uh... you are likely getting fat.

No, but mine have chosen new directions to aim for. I didn't know at 26 I should have praised my boobs every day.

I wish

Yes. I hate it. I used to have nice smallish perky breasts and now they are large and in the way plus saggy. No it's not from weight. It's from the breasts growing.

Me.
I always wished my boobs were bigger when I was young. I didn’t know the universe would see fit to answer my prayers in my fifties.

Yup - i'm the fittest I've been in years, definitely not fat, or even more fat than I was 20 years ago. For 25 days a month, my boobs feel about as big as swollen as they used to for the 1-2 days a month before starting my period. And for the 1-2 days before my period, they feel super big and swollen, pregnancy style. Clearly hormonal.

Overall weight, hormones, and medications. I remember my elderly Mom complaining when her bra size increased following a medication change (possibly a blood pressure med).
