I need to get back into a regular exercise routine but the only time I can do so is my lunch break (I WFH) which isn’t at a consistent time so I want a prerecorded class. I’d like to try doing medium-to-high intensity yoga (I want to be sweating) and I know people here say there are tons of yoga videos on YouTube. Recommendations? |

Yes! I like Kassandra. Also, Yogi in Melbourne (my favorite) and Yoga with Adriene.
There are some tied to sports companies, like Nike and Adidas, that are decent. |
How much time do you have for lunch? I have two favorite 30 minute routines (she has routines for many time brackets, from 10 minutes to over an hour). Beach Body Flow and Spicy Core. The first one, the more updated one is not quite as challenging. |
