Looking for a baby sitter/tutor

Hi! I have a 5 year old boy and I am looking for someone that could come to our house once or twice a week for a couple of hours each time to play with my son, but also to teach him a little phonics, writing and math. Perhaps he or she could do 1 hours of “tutoring” and one hour of playing? I am not expecting a professional elementary school teacher to do this, but perhaps a college student that plans on becoming a preschool teacher? I would be happy to pay $40/hour. Where can I find this person? Thanks
