| I’m trying to help an elderly relative from afar. Can anyone recommend a prepared meal delivery service? Specifically, we need a heart healthy, low-salt diet. |

Good Eggs has prepared meals. Not sure if they are marketed as heart healthy, etc., but they are pretty decent.
Also, look up Factor Meals. Not SF specific, but delivers everywhere and have dietary needs. |
